About me

I have a rich history working in demographic and spatial analysis roles, both in the public and private sectors. This includes demographic research, population forecasting, housing analysis. I am an advocate for evidence-based planning, and how Census and other data can inform this. More recently I have moved into the social infrastructure planning space, using my data analysis skills to plan services for local areas.

Though I'm based in Melbourne, I have worked across Australia - from the Queensland coast to the suburbs of Perth. I have an interest in places, how they're changing, and what makes them "tick". Join me as I blog about how Australian cities and regions are changing through a demographic and spatial lens.
